How do I register on the app?

Our simple registration process makes it easy for anyone to create an account. Download PetSquad app from the Play Store or App Store. Follow the simple registration instructions to create your account and you're ready to go!

What is the USP of PetSquad app?

We are a comprehensive one-stop solution provider for all information related to pet services. Our USP is quick online vet consultation with a turn around time of 15 mins between the booking and start of consultation! Our SmartPet QR Tag ensures you never have to be worried about losing your fur baby ever again. Apart from this, we also provide a quick Search feature to find any pet related information (stores, pharmacies, boardings, shelters, groomers, etc) at your finger tips.

How does SmartPet QR tag work? How do I get it?

SmartPet QR tag is one-of-a-kind QR tag for your furry baby that will help identify the pet parent in case your pet gets lost. Anyone with a camera phone and internet can scan the QR code on the tag and we will display the pet profile that includes the pet's name, pet parent and parent contact number. You can order SmartPet QR tag from within the app inside the Pet Profile section. Please watch the video for more details.

Do you accept payments on the app?

Payments are accepted on the app as a part of vet consultation process and for ordering the SmartPet QR tags. All payments are processed safely and securely using only trusted payment gateway.

Do you provide pet services?

We connect our esteemed members to reliable pet care services, including online vet consultations, and finding pet stores, pet pharmacies, pet boardings, pet groomers and pet shelters in Goa.

Can we place orders for pet products on the app?

Currently, we only provide information about various pet stores, pet pharmacies, pet boardings, pet groomers and pet shelters in Goa. We do not sell pet products on the app.

PetSquad app is a platform that connects our members to various service providers. We are not directly responsible or liable for any damages or issues that may arise.
